Management Consulting
Our fees for recruitment services range between 15% and 25% of the candidate’s negotiated salary, depending on the candidate’s opening, location, and the complexity of the placement.
- The client signs a short agreement that protects both parties as well as the candidate information.
- The recruitment team will start to send over profiles to your company once the agrement is endorsed.
- We assist with negotiations, interview set up and assisting the client with the basics of relocation, if relocation is necessary.
Our fees for our consulting services are based on the complexity of the project. We will discuss the terms once we learn more about your project.
A simple agreement will need to be signed to start working together.
